Extremely rare WWII POW Issue Waistcoat
The only example of this rare garment I have encountered. A button-fronted woollen body warmer or waistcoat bearing the label of the Red Cross & St John War Organization, London. These were part of the range of clothing and necessaries which were sent to German POW camps for the aid of Allied Prisoners of War. In superb condition. read more

Rare WWII RAF Flying Socks
A rare pair of WWII RAF stockings or sea boot socks as almost invariably worn inside flying boots. One retains it's original Air Ministry label. Though both are holed, they are incredibly rare and still display very well on a mannequin. (See Prodger's Luftwaffe vs. RAF volume 1 page 146.)
